New Applicants

Thank you for your interest in the scholarship program. This program is for students, therefore, information entered should be the student’s, not the parent’s. To apply, please complete the following steps. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Program Coordinator, Regina de Wetter. We look forward to receiving your application prior to the deadline.

  1. Student/applicant, please complete all portions of the online form. Please note: You may revise your responses on the application form up until the deadline.  By logging out or hitting the SAVE DATA button, your application is saved.
  2. Ask your parent to complete his or her portion/s of the application.
    • After you enter the email of your parent who is employed at Jefferies, she/he will receive an email with a link to complete the parent’s portion, which is required in order for your application to be complete.
    • Parents have the option of completing the Parent’s Financial Statement (PFS). The PFS is only required if you are applying as a new applicant and hoping to win an educational scholarship of $12,500 or more. You may forward this link for instructions, which must be read in order to complete the PFS efficiently.
  3. When you are certain that your application is complete and that all revisions have been made to the online form, click the submit button.

Thank you,

The Jefferies Family Scholarship award offered me the opportunity to work in accord with others in a spirit of progressive cooperation in varied capacities, with reduced financial restraints. For this, my thankfulness is abundant. I will continue to be ever vigilant in aiding the general welfare of the community as I proudly embark on the journey of medical school. Thank you for your continued support and for playing a vital role in my academic and personal growth. I’m grateful for the chance the Jefferies Family Scholarship gave me to pursue goals that have given me confidence to try for the next. It has brought me one of the greatest medicines I hope to one day to administer to my patients.
